The compensation report includes all information about the compensation to the Board Members and the Executive Committee which were already published in the Corporate Governance Report as well as in the Financial Statement of Datacolor AG.
The ordinance against excessive compensation in listed joint stock companies (VegüV, ORAb) which entered into force on 1 January 2014, requires to publish all information on remuneration to the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee in a separate compensation report.
